I'm currently at a stage of utter indifference, to the world, humanity, friendship, and above all intimacy.
I recently finished reading The Taming of the Shrew, by Shakespeare, and I'm curious as to why these ideals of courtship and romance are seemingly lost in today's society. Why must one retreat into literature to evoke these emotions of love, lust, heartbreak and loss?
People today are far too capricious to undertake the pursuance of such things, and it's turning us into asinine apostles'. So I'm taking a stand against sex, unless someone comes along who arouses some form of passion from by bitter heart.
